Bella Verde is a locally-owned consulting and design company, specializing in custom residential landscapes. We design for new construction as well as both minor and major overhauls of existing landscapes. 
We focus on sustainability, and are experts at xeriscaping.
 
A woman-owned business, Bella Verde has been creating beautiful and sustainable Colorado landscapes for over 20 years.  We listen carefully to your dreams for your yard, and spend time getting to know you.  We believe the details matter!  Throughout the design process, we collaborate — combining our expertise with your landscape wishes to create a unique design, customized to your specific needs and desires.
 
We focus our work in the southeast Denver metro area, serving Denver, Aurora, Centennial, Parker, Lone Tree, Greenwood Village and Highlands Ranch.

Services

Hourly consultations   – best for homeowners who want general guidance,  ideas and options, and a quick sketch of design recommendations.
Design packages  –  These include:
  • an initial consultation (about 1 1/2 hours) to get to know your concerns and property well, so we can customize the design specifically to your wants and needs
  • measuring the property in detail
  • mapping everything to scale
  • drawing preliminary designs (concept drawings)
  • meeting again to go over all the options with you (1-2 hours)
  • preparing a final design, along with a detailed plant list and materials list
  • a final meeting to present the design and supporting documents, and answer any questions you have
If you start with an hourly consultation and later want a design package, we apply the consultation fee to the cost of the design.
All our designs are fully hand drawn, one-of-a-kind creations.
Once you have a design, you can install it yourself or have it professionally built by the landscaper of your choice.
